The Vin Gris is an ode to the palest shades of rose, and has all the best qualities of the style- it's fresh, it's fruity, best served chilled and enjoyed by the pool or beach. Vin Gris uses an extremely short maceration time, resulting if roses with a very pale hue. Grape: 60% Pinot Gris, 40% Pinot Noir
